This document constitutes the unified Privacy Policy and End-User License Agreement (EULA) for VisionQR. While the name might suggest a scanning utility, this application is a dedicated, secure sanctuary for menstrual health tracking. We operate under a "Self-Sovereign Data" model, ensuring that your intimate health information never crosses the threshold of your personal device.

PART 1: PRIVACY POLICY
VisionQR is engineered to be an offline-first companion. Our primary commitment is to ensure that your cycle history, symptoms, and health notes remain under your exclusive physical control.
The Local-Only Processing Standard
VisionQR functions as a local database for tracking menstrual cycles and related wellness metrics.
On-Device Storage: Every data point you record—from period dates to mood logs—is stored strictly on your local device.
No Server Interception: We do not maintain a central cloud infrastructure to store your health records. We do not have access to your logs, and we cannot "see" your data under any circumstances.
Zero Registration: The application requires no account creation, email link, or identity verification, ensuring your entries remain anonymous.
Technical Telemetry and Third-Party Frameworks
To maintain a high-performance app environment and track our installation reach, we utilize specific third-party service providers. These platforms interact with pseudonymized technical metadata, never your health content.
Firebase (Google): We use this for real-time crash diagnostics. If the app encounters a technical error, a pseudonymized log (including device model and OS version) is generated to help us stabilize the software.
Attribution and Analytics (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer): These tools help us identify which marketing campaigns led to an app installation. They process device-level identifiers like the Advertising ID (GAID or IDFA).
Isolation Guarantee: These partners are contractually and technically barred from accessing your local health database. They process technical interaction events, not your medical or personal entries.
Legal Grounds for Processing
Our handling of data is justified by the following legal principles:
Contractual Necessity: Local processing of your health inputs is required to provide the tracking and prediction services you have requested.
Legitimate Interests: We rely on pseudonymized telemetry to ensure app security, fix software bugs, and measure our commercial distribution performance.
Your Rights and Data Sovereignty
We uphold the following rights for all VisionQR users, regardless of their residence:
Right to Know (Sharing & Selling): You have the right to know if your data is shared or sold. VisionQR does not sell your personal or health data. Sharing is strictly limited to the technical partners listed in Section 2 for operational maintenance.
Right of Access: You have the right to request access to any personal data we hold. Since your health records are local, you can access them directly via the app; for technical telemetry, you may contact our DPO.
Right to Rectification: You may request the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You have the full power to edit or delete your health entries directly within the app interface at any time.
Right to Erasure (Deletion): You can request the deletion of your data. Deleting the VisionQR app from your device immediately and permanently wipes your entire health history from the hardware.
Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to contact a data protection authority or regulatory body in your jurisdiction if you believe your privacy has been compromised.
Opting Out of Data Sharing and Sales
While we do not monetize your data through sales, you have the right to restrict technical data sharing:
System Settings: You can opt-out of technical tracking by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) within your device’s system privacy settings.
Selling Opt-Out: Because we do not sell data, there is no "sale" to opt out of; however, using the system settings above prevents any commercial data sharing with partners.
Retention Policy: Time and Circumstances
Health Data: This data is retained on your device for as long as the application remains installed. If you delete the app, the data is removed instantly and cannot be recovered by us.
Technical Telemetry: Non-identifiable data held by our third-party partners is retained for the minimum period required for aggregate reporting—typically 12 to 24 months—before being permanently anonymized.

VisionQR is NOT a medical device and is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice. The insights and predictions provided are for informational purposes only. Prohibited Use
By using VisionQR, you agree not to:
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app's prediction algorithms.
Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Modify or commercially exploit the software.
Intellectual Property
The VisionQR name, branding, and proprietary algorithms remain the exclusive property of the developer. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this license.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionQR and its creators shall not be liable for any damages (including health-related complications, data loss, or device failure) resulting from your use or inability to use the software. The app is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by you (via uninstallation) or by us. We reserve the right to revoke your license immediately if you violate any terms of this EULA.
